The mouth guard takes one or two uses to get used to. This is comfortable, non slip and protects my teeth. I have bought this product twice now

Stops grinding but causes aching
'Plackers Grind-no-more Grinding Teeth Guard' are neat, comfortable to wear and certainly stop me from grinding my teeth at night. However I wake up with a very stiff aching jaw joint and although the stiffness wears off quickly with a few jaw exercises, the ache lasts all day and has got progressively worse over the two weeks that I have tried these. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use them anymore, wasting the remaining 13. I wish we could buy just one to try them out first or have some means of returning the unused, unopened ones.
