ONE month update:I have SIBO that ferments most foods I eat (especially carbs) and causes intestinal issues.This product has saved my life.I get no constipation or diarrhea anymore.I was paleo when i started using this, which means I already made huge changes that helped my digestive system, but still, whenever I ate anything starchy, even carrots I got diarrhea. I also used to get unexplained constipation all the time, even though I ate a lot of fiber and drunk plenty of water.You guys should know that IBS symptoms are actually caused by sibo(Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). So if you are low on digestive enzymes, the foods you eat don't break down, and because they don't break down, they go to bad bacteria. These bad bacteria are not actually "bad" they are there to break down the food you couldn't break down and oh well, they are very opportunistic, so if you are feeding them with food thats undigested, they will ferment it and give you diarrhea, constipation, gas etc.However, if you break down your food properly, they have nothing to ferment.Let me clear something up though, DON'T JUST TAKE DIGESTIVE ENZYMES AND EXPECT MIRACLES, you need to cut down most of your trigger foods. You really need to work on your digestive system to see results. Know that food sensitivities, and processed foods (and sibo) are the reason you had low digestive enzymes in the first place. I cut down all grains, dairy, legumes and allergens in general. I use these enzymes to eat healthy things like starchy veggies, fish, fruit etc without having to run to the restroom.They do work! (I tried solgar's vegan digestive enzymes and they didn't do much for me... however this product did. I recommend it)

Okay so this is the best product on earth. Bought this for my autistic boy 6yrs old now after a lot of research of my own. He was on a gluten free diet as i noticed he reacted to foods with a high glycimex index. ie rice, biscuits , bread cereal, he also struggled with the loo. Since giving him this is small doses most of his autistic trends have stopped. So i tried biscuits and the other foods he couldn't have and its really been magical. HE'S FINE NO TANTRUMS ANGER HEAD BANGING NOTHING!!!!!! okay i will stop here. Just had to share it. For anyone this might help i started in small doses. Quarter of the capsule to start of with now at half depending on how much of the sugary foods he has had.

For, me the capsules, work, great at stopping leaky gut, need more !! Great aid for bad digestion, all natural product, vegan/ gluten free
