No, for colour change you need to use a dye, like Kaps Super Color

Q: Does this product provide any waterproofing

It is based on natural waxes so the innate waterproofing effect of waxes will apply. Main purpose of this one is to nourish leather and restore colour though so I would not expect strong waterproofing.
