I was skeptical that this was the right remote for my tv, but it works great. I have a smart things tv that I bought this year, dog destroyed the remote, which is probably why most of us are here. With that said it paired really easily and all the buttons work which is really all, you need from a remote. Now just keep all the animals away from the remote and it should be fine.

Not an exact replacement but works great. I was hesitant after reading some reviews but I replaced my BN59-01220A remote with this to use with a Samsung UN60JS8000F TV. I Had to try a few of the USB inputs for the receiver before it connected. Works fine-controls the apps well, a little bit of a lag at times but overall im happy update-it randomly disconnects and is a pain in the a to reconnect-going to buy a new TV. forget this remote

I bought a brand new 2020 Samsung 70 inch Smart TV. Much to my surprise it did not come with a slim smart remote. After talking to Samsung support people on 2 occasions I was told that this tv did not support a smart remote. I was not happy. But I searched Amazon and I found this remote. It works wonderfully with my Samsung tv. Easy to setup and easy to use.

Unfortunately it did not work for me and normally I would be upset, but the customer support was exceptional. If my original remote does not support typing in numbers, the universal won’t connect like that.

This remote worked just fine for our 2022 Samsung tv, it literally went to its programming phase and was ready to go in 2 min. I will recommend this to whoever
