Is this a rear or front because it looks just like the front.

Yes it is true that they look the same but they're in the front half a different angle been on it and they're heavy duty I have them on both front and rear I like your design makes it a lot easier to adjust

I would always suggest running a adjustable track bar when available, You will be able to center the axle front to back.

The picture shows only one rod end. Does this rod end come with a rod end on each end?

It doesn't have rod ends at all. It has clevite factory style steel lined rubber bushings. What you are seeing is a two clamp adjustment sleeve. This allows you to adjust the length while it is installed on the Jeep.
