Will this correct my problem with unresponsive bottom center 3 buttons?

Yes it will .just remembered it is not a factory screen mine works fine I paid $90 to have it installed at a shop .you can also look on GMParts.com I think it is.It s $400 there but they will ask for your Vin to make sure it fits..I got new head light s from them and cargo mats

Does this have the proximity sensors in it

No. Replacement screens are not manufactured with proximity sensors, but are manufactured with amber windows which allow movement to be sensed by the proximity sensors, such as your hand approaching the screen. The sensors are attached to the main Cue unit, not the screen. Make sure the replacement screen you are purchasing has these windows which are visible on the screen right below the horizontal chrome bar. Additionally, don't over pay as they are all made in China. Most of the less expensive screens have the sensor windows.

If my entire screen is unresponsive will this item fix it or do I need the whole radio system

Most commonly, it's only the touch screen that needs to be replaced. In very rare situations, a new module is needed.
