So far this has worked the same as the t/gel I bought from chemists. I would buy and recommend to people with psoriasis

Best shampoo for dandruff and hail fall and skull itchiness.It also last for long period. texture is thick and smell should be reduced as it sounds too harsh.

Excellent!
Great shampoo for me as I suffer from mild psoriasis on my scalp. Lucky to find it as it's been discontinued here in Ireland and in the UK. None of the alternatives worked nearly so well.

I don't know why they changed the formula. Ive used this shampoo for decades but the very clear version doesnt take care of my scalp. This brown version is only avaiable on linecand lighter than it used to be. Its better than the clear stuff but the jury is out on whether it does the job.
