Was hoping to use this bit to engrave into some ABS. But the tip snapped immediately on contact with the workpiece. Feeds and speeds have worked using other v-bits (Speed 10,000 RPM. Feed 750 mm/min. Depth of Cut 0.2mm). It could be the process / material. But not the outcome I was hoping for.

obviously i have a cnc router. i use this bit for one cutting per project. it produces sharp cuttings for me.

Cleanest cut with small lettering. Light fraying but it’s smaller pieces that brush off easily. Hi CC my recommend.

I do a lot of fine engraving. I have tried several different bits including a very expensive Amana bit. This bit was by far the best. Very fine lines and lasts as long as any of the other bits.

Broke a few bits very early on from another more expensive company. This bit keeps chugging along. Came sharp when delivered and is holding up really well.
