The space!
For this bag to have this much space is super welcoming and nice to first time mothers like myself who have no clue on what to buy within my budget. It has enough space to toss in all the items you need to take care of all baby’s messes or even some of your friends. Good usage over all and hasn’t worn down yet.

Good, but missing part
As a diaper bag, it's perfect. Cute, many pockets, serves its purpose. But ours came without the changing pad, and short of returning the whole thing, I see no way of just getting that accessory added. Would be 5 stars otherwise.
