I bought 3 orders of these turf tiles and they're perfect for my home gym. I push a weighted sled on them and it works perfectly. Yes, the tiles shed when you take them out of the box but I expected that. I used a leaf blower and a vacuum to pickup any shedding. Everything looks great.

The workout mats with a grass top are decent overall, although they do shed some grass particles when first unpacked. I recommend unpacking them outdoors to minimize mess. Personally, I took mine outside, carefully brushed each mat piece, and used a blower to remove any loose particles. After this initial cleanup, the shedding was significantly reduced, resolving the main issue mentioned by other users.I use these mats in my golf simulator setup, and they work perfectly for my standing area. I rated them four out of five stars because of the initial shedding and messiness, but they're the only mats I could find with a realistic grass-style top.While the shipping was slow, which is common for lower-priced items like this, I still believe they're worth the money considering their functionality.

I bought these and didn't take them out of the box for a while so I sadly missed my return window and will now have to throw them away. PLEASE HEED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS like I should have. There are pieces of green plastic all over my house - it is nothing like turf, but rather laid down green pieces of plastic. You don't want this in your house, trust me! Such a bummer.

I ordered this product to use as an outdoor playground base. It is fantastic! It was easy to install, super comfortable, non-abrasive and very durable.My kids are able to run around on it without incurring rug burn or scrapes. It is sufficiently padded to enable them to play freely without worry of them falling hard and injuring themselves -- particularly coming down a slide or jumping off other playground equipment.The product is well manufactured. The turf surface remains intact and dries quickly if it gets wet. The tile connections are rigorous and remain connected, and it was very easy to install. The color has not faded despite remaining in virtually constant California sunshine!I am very pleased with this product and completely satisfied with it. Easy to install, durable in use, attractive to use as a backyard area covering!

TRIED TO CONTACT MANUFACTURER THROUGH PHONE CALLS & EMAIL & HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF RESPONSE. NOT SURE IF ITS GOING TO WORK OUT. I GUESS I'LL KNOW AFTER IT'S BEEN DOWN A WHILE LONGER. PROBABLY WOULDN'T PURCHASE AGAIN & DEFINATELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT TO ANYONE ELSE

So far so good, being so cheap pre sqft hard to pass up, I be happy if it last two years or whole year. It actually sits down pretty good easy to cut and shape with good pair of scissors. Looks good, not real thick but should prevent serious injuries. I suggest flattening, level the ground. I Used few layers of crushed granet then compacted it. I used 780 sqft of product.Note on bad reviews the way I see it.Loose material - Ordering about 204 of these - "yes" There is small plastic pieces or loose material in boxes I simply shook them outside. I would suggest light vacuum to get the rest if indoors.Using a blower - No issues what so ever using a hand blower to clean, I bought nails to nail into base/ground but from the looks of it I should not have to nail them down just yet. This is because the the number I ordered 204 of them connected might give them more weight then just a few dozen.All 204 pieces match color. You need to align the grass all the same if the grass is tilted one way and you place next square with the grass bent the other, then yes it looks like different colors light and dark green. Think of it like when you vacuum your carpet or sequin pillows. You move it one way or the other it changes the color. My wife said why did you place it with the dark green side " I looked at her and told to stand on the other side" Then boom like magic it was light green. :D.Love to upload a picture but from some reason no option too? Strange I uploaded before.

This product works great as the subfloor in my simulator. It is fast and easy to install. With the finished edges pieces really added a completed look to the booth. The 2x2 panels made it easy to size for the surface I needed. When installed in the proper pattern direction the color is very uniform.It was a bit messy and shed a bit out of the box. Guessing it’s from the manufacturing process, however once I finished and cleaned up with a vacuum and broom it’s been great. It’s perfect for this application with the Skytrak hitting mats on top.

The shedding everyone talks about is minor. It’s just the green flecks from manufacturing. But we installed these outside and they looked great! We really love them and thought they were a good value.After only two weeks, however, the grass mat is separating from the foam backing on multiple tiles. We are going to try and find a flexible adhesive to re-attach each tile as it fails.
