I don’t recommend other people to use it because there’s some issues with the quality.

It got very hot, causing the softgels to melt and stick together. As health supplements, they should be delivered in good condition to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness.

Received a damaged bottle with sticky tablets, and it’s not possible to return 🤦‍♂️

This year I moved to 4 seasons country where there are days when the sun doesn't shine that bright a.k.a on winter. So this supplement really helps me well to get the amount of D3 that I needed. The K2 also helps my nose to prevent the nosebleeds in the nose that occur because the air is too cold. The capsuls also so cute and easily to swallow.

Great price and easy to swallow. Not much larger than a single D gel. I will buy again.
