After calling dealerships and looking online for a window replacement switch, the cost was around $75-$150. Found this on Amazon and for the price, decided to give it a try. Glad I did! Saved a bunch of money and it fits perfectly. Installation takes 2 minutes, seriously beyond easy please don’t pay someone for installation. I promise, it’s one of the easiest installs (for a Journey). The only difference is that I noticed now at night the led colors in the switch are green and my stock ones are a light blue. No big deal though. Great part, OEM fitment, no fabrication needed. If you need a replacement switch, this is a great place to make the purchase.

Perfect!, replaced a faulty original switch unit on my 2011 Jeep Liberty. Took 5 minutes to swap it out. Works great. Use a plastic Trim tool to pop out the original. This snaps back in with no issues.

Not a genuine product, obviously. But works just like the original if you don’t want to spend $300 or however much from the dealership or a legitimate parts supplier. Super easy installation. A crucial point here is to make sure that you have the absolute correct one for your vehicle. When I first purchased this one, despite being basically identical in physical appearance and having the same pin configuration on the back, it didn’t have the full functionality because I bought one that had the “auto” function. As a result, I could lock, unlock, change mirror positions, and open windows, BUT NOT CLOSE WINDOWS. Thankfully, I didn’t just toss the other one away, so I was able to reconnect the old one, and buy the correct one. But it’s something to think about.

I am sooooo happy to have found this company! Their product is beyond affordable & extremely easy to install. My Jeep is fixed! I can roll down the driver's side window again w/o playing with a broken button, hoping it will go back up after I let it down. I can admit that I may be a little more capable in mechanics than most, but the videos they give you access to will help even the most timid at replacing this switch. Yes, I am a woman but that doesn't mean one thing. I have a brain, eyes, & two hands like most folks. Ladies if you're afraid no worries, with reading the insert, watching the 2:30 video,a flat head screwdriver, a pair of gloves with rubber coating for grip, I was done in 7 mins flat, lol With affordability it only cost me $25 & 7 mins of my time. BUY ITTTTTT!!!!! Now I'm in line at Panera. Catch yall in traffic!!!🚘
