I have a 2007 e350 mercedes 4 door sedan, i understand i will need a optical fiber decorder box, but other than that will this unit fit in my 2007?

I ordered the decoder on Amazon but it didn't work. I had to by a harness from a car radio installer for $375 along with other parts to have an aftermarket radio installed and it had to be 1 from the radio installer. Yes the android fits but you will have to buy the expensive harness to have plug and play. If you have the Harmon Kardon system in your car with the optical loke I have, I had to take it to a pro installer.
