I see that this home brew kit contains Co2 Injection System. Does this significantly improve the quality of the beer? Thank you

Hi Bruns. Yes it does. I'd say the first 5 - 10 pints are ok but then I usually use 2 CO2 cannisters for the rest of the barrel to stop the beer going flat and keep a nice head on it.

Hi i could you use this kit to make spirits? if so what vol% can i expect i was looking to make atleast 40%. or do you have any other kits for spirits

Yes the kit us suitable for spirits. I have made spirits. As to the volume. It depends each gatehouse and how long you ferment . I think 12% is about as good as it gets . Distillation is what gives thechigher amountbif alcohol

I have just bought this and am missing the co2 kit. who do i go too to get a replacement sent or where do you suggest i could get it?

Suggest you contact Ballihoo by email or phone - they are really quick to help Excellent support - mine came with a box of 10 co2 capsules I suspect yours should have too. But replacement capsules and holder both are really easy to source on Amazon
