I love the quality of this box for DIY projects, especially if you are making it into a gift! The size was perfect to create a treasure box for a new baby. It was easy to paint (including removing the hardware). The finished product was well-received, and I am confident it will last for years to come!

I've now bought 3 of these. The first one finished beautifully, so much so that I ordered a second one immediately. Not sure what happened with the second one, but the top and bottom panels noticeably warped after applying the same wood dye I used on the first one. You can't really see the warping, but you can definitely feel it. It did not arrive warped, I would have noticed during sanding. I think it was humidity, so I have it drying out to see if it can be salvaged. Now I've bought a 3rd box.

The box itself is amazing. The original color eas gorgeous but these were for something. They're incredibly sturdy. The size was bigger than I anticipated for some reason but it's of great use to me. The value for the price is unbeatable. Will be buying again. 🩵🖤💚
