I absolutely love this straightener. I have always been one to buy the "cheap" ones and not I regret not buying this sooner. It works amazing on the first try.

I bought one for myself and my granddaughter loved it so much that I bought one for her too.

It feels so rough when passing through the hair. It’s gritty and not at all smooth. It feels like the plates are coated in dried hair spray or something. It also catches and pulls hair. Something I’d expect from a $20 flat iron, not a $160 one. The temperature buttons are also just unnecessarily complicated. Will be returning.

Just love this flat iron. Very very nice.

The straighters colors are beautiful. However I needed to read the directions twice for how to set the temperature correctly. It seems like once’s it’s set it’s difficult to change again. The straighter is also very heavy compared to even bigger straighters I’ve had. Doesn’t straighten my hair immediately however also doesn’t seem to damage it as much.

I had my eye on this after getting the T3 blow dryer, which I am very happy with too. I initially thought something was wrong because I couldn't get it to turn on, then read the instructions :) One must hold the on button for a good 3 seconds for it to come on, then you need to press the button when you want it to stop on a certain heat. The benefit of this is you don't accidentally turn it off and don't know it, which happened frequently with my last one. It really is easy just something to adjust to if not used to it.

I don’t know how I feel about this flatiron, honestly. I have had better. It gets hot and it straightens but it doesn’t leave any shine. It also seems to catch the ends of my hair. I really wanted to like these but unfortunately I will be returning.
