This kit is a great value for the variety you get. I keep it at my desk and grab one of the grippers or the stress ball whenever I'm on a call, reading, or watching TV. What a great exercise kit! Containing 2 forearm grips enables me to keep one by my tv recliner and one with my other exercise equipment. The squeeze ball is softer than the ones I have used previously and I think it is more beneficial. I have only used the finger bands once but seems like a good addition to the squeeze grips. Since I primarily use when watching tv, I can rotate use between hands but I am focusing on my right hand that needs strengthening for opening bottles, jars, etc. I love organization so I really like the nice storage bag. I highly recommend this excellent product.

I’ve used every item included in this set. The adjustability of the grip strengtheners set this item apart from others. I can use it and then adjust for my wife. The grips are comfortable and all 5 items are super easy to use for any level. The grips seem durable. I’ve probably used for about 3,000 contractions on each and no issues so far.

It does work well, it's just kinda cheap. The handle is cold slippery plastic. Id pay extra for one with actual rubber on the handles because my fingers slip off this one when I use it, it's just not comfortable.

Perfect for what I needed. Came quickly and in good condition. I use these on the treadmill for an extra workout.
