Effective, high-quality, but a bit large
I’ve been taking the Omega 3 Fish Oil 4,200mg for a while now, and it’s excellent. Each softgel provides a strong dose of EPA (1,200mg) and DHA (900mg), which makes me feel confident about supporting my heart and brain health. The lemon flavor works well to mask any fishy aftertaste, and the burpless design does what it promises. The only downside is that the capsules are on the larger side, so swallowing them might be tricky for some. Overall, high-quality, mercury-free, and non-GMO—worth it despite the size.

My medical tests have been so much better after taking them. Best quality, great high dosage. When compared to other brands you get top results with this. I've been taking this brand for a over a year. I've taken others but my results have been best with this one.

High Potency - No Fish Burps
I am trying out this fish oil and am really pleased so far. There is no fishy smell or taste (and no burps with it). There is a very good dose of EPA and DHA in 3 soft gels. I noticed that some reviews notes the larger pill size, which is true, but they go down easy in my opinion. The flip side of pill size is that you'd have to take 4 or 5 smaller pills for the same dose, so it just depends if you can swallow these easily. I used to gag on big pills until my wife noted that I swallow food that's much bigger than the pills that I was choking on and that it was in my head. I've been able to swallow big pills ever since and can easily swallow these. I think these are great bang for the buck. The price point is really good for the potency and you get a two month supply. I sometimes use liquid fish oil or cod liver oil just because you get a lot of EPA and DHA in the liquid if you're taking a teaspoon or more, but these are a good alternative. I would definitely recommend these and will purchase a bottle when I'm finished with this one that was sent to me as a trial.
