I ordered this reed diffuser for the worship area of my house. The diffuser is a value for money. Soft pleasing and soothing fragrance, very natural. The longevity of the scent is excellent... My whole flat smells so good because of this one thing.

The product seems to offer a coconut - coffee type sweet smell. Not that soothing. Definitely need improvement in the Cafe-Vanilla Flavour.

The fragrance is mild. Not sure, but the base/carrier oil smells like an overpowering coconut oil. The vanilla/coffee isn't too distinct. The initial dash feels very coconutty! Just a little disappointed with the diffuser oils overpowering base smell, it's not an overly concerning base odour, however I was expecting my room to smell like coffee cake and vanilla ice cream... which it isn't! It smells like sweet coconut burfi.Overall quality of the packaging and contents is nice.

It’s a lovely product -I tried this for the first time and definitely not for the last time. This diffuser smells just divine, it’s so calming and soothing.

A good diffuser and such a nice fragranceI was looking for something which lasts long and doesn't require an intervention. Tried other diffusers too but either the reeds were bad or the aroma was not that good but this EM5 reed diffuser is amazing.

Horrible smell. Smells bad.

Pungent smell to start with. It diffuses quite fast post that. By the 10th or 11th day, you won't notice any smell at all.Waste of money. EM5 as a brand is hit or miss. Too much marketing, less focus on the actual product.
