The paint in the OEM trunk release switch peeled off, so this replacement switch worked out great. Direct replacement, trunk opens properly, buttom very soft and quiet.Installation does not take more than 1 minute.What I found interesting that image on the button was upside down, there is no way to reverse it due to guide extrusions on 2 corners of the housing assembly. If it does not go in , flip it 180 degrees and it will go in.Appearance is much nicer than OEM.Print of the vehicle is nicely detailed, high quality part for a very reasonable price.

Perfect fit for my 2011 335i coupe

Bought this trunk release button for my '12 BMW 7 series. My logo was almost completely gone. All that was left was an orange glow from the original button. Got tired of looking at it. So I decided to replace it and took a chance on Amazon. This button is good quality and a perfect fit. Highly recommend. 👍
