Perfect to Light the Gas Fireplace Logs
Needing a long reach means to light the gas logs in our fireplace, I found this electric arc flex neck lighter to be the ideal tool. It has a built in battery which lasts a good while between charges. It comes with a charging cord with a USB plug that easily attached to the lighter handle. The extension telescopes to over 27 inches so it's the perfect length to safely reach the gas log tube. It is well made, easy to use, and super functional.

Small but mighty
Impressive. Initially thought I made a mistake with this purchase. It works great and immediately ignites intended material.

Seems like a nice tool
Arrived on time and the price was good. Seems well made, but the instructions are translated poorly. You have to figure it out for yourself. The charging cord is about 4 inches long, so the unit hangs from the outlet to charge. I will update as to how well it works once we use it a while.

Gets the job done
Handy little tool to light my gas pilot. It does the job well, and has never failed me. It charges fairly quick, and the charge has lasted me a whole year. Granted, I only use it once per year, but it's impressive that it holds the charge for that long!

Broke right away
Might be my fault but, it broke on the second day. I fell asleep and rolled over on it or something. Like I said, it might be my fault, but I would like a more durable product. Also, the charge runs out very quickly and the safety feature is annoying. It keeps shutting off when I'm not done using it. Does a poor job lighting simple incense cones. They keep going out when a standard butane lighter does just fine. The technology is there it's just not implemented well. A larger arc, that goes beyond the two prongs would be better :/

No Problems
I have an older gas fireplace where you have actually turn the knob to turn on the gas flow. I can extend it so I'm not too close and works perfectly. With the shorter lighters like those for candles, it would scare me to lean close to light my fireplace.

Didn't work for lighting the gas grill. Sent it back.
It lit well. The extension feature was nice. The gooseneck was kinda short. Not much range. But, it just wouldn't fit thru the grates to light the gas grill. Holding the heavy grate up and reaching down into the gas element, in the dark. It wasn't a smooth process. Didn't suit our needs. Not sure electric is the way to go for the grill, or tea lights above your eye level. You need to see the wick to touch it to the spark. So, we sent it back, which was essentially effortless and quickly refunded.

Lighter
Works great for lighting pilot on heater, with it windy.
