Best tape on the market for lymphoedema
Simply the very best tape I have yet used. I have recurring breast lymphoedema following radiotherapy and this and this alone massages the persistent lumps and keeps them at bay. The way it works is quite extraordinary and other cheaper tapes I have used have not equalled this performance. An added bonus is that although the glue is extremely powerful which it needs to be to do the job and provide the appropriate tension to produce the massaging effect it can be removed easily & without pain under a hot shower. First class product and the beige is considerably less visible through clothes than other colours. The white and the black are good too. I personally found the blue and the pink a bit in your face, but it depends where on your body you are using it of course. I have weekly massage as a further aid to the problem and the tape survives daily bathing and swimming for exactly a week. It gets a bit tired around the sixth day. But that is fine as the skin needs 24 hours to breathe between strappings.

This tape is good and helpede with my knee pain during a long car journey, but it does not stick down for as much as I hoped!! Shame really!! But I am going to use this when ever I have got long journeys to do because it takes out the pain in my knee!

Great kinesiology tape
This is great and sticks well. It often will stay on for 3 days and does not cause a rash which another make of kinesiology tape does. My knee definitely feels more stable with it on.

Brilliant tape and far superior than other makes that I have tried. I am a fitness instructor with dodgy knees and Kinesio tex has been my saviour. I use the bright colours myself but use the beige one on my mum who suffers with arthritic knees and after coming to stay with me and her first pain free nights sleep (thanks to taping) for months, she is a convert and wears it all the time. I was always sceptical about taping but it really does work and this type IS the best I have found.

This kinesio tape work’s well for me when I need it.
I have used this product time and time again, and for me it really helps me with my issues, as regards to the right support you need around your injuries
