Love this product. Wears well, lasting, feels natural on skin. The case hinge broke quite easily in my makeup bag. That’s my only complaint—I wish the packaging was a bit more sturdy/durable

What is on the surface?
The product I received has some questionable growths on the surface. Looks like bacterial growth, and sadly, this item says "non-returnable". I would appreciate a replacement as this is very disturbing.
