Piece of junk it seems. About a week ago hot water side stopped working completely. I verified there are no line or other external problems. I would stay away.4/12 Updating review based on very good customer service. Based on previous review Hotis contacted me and when we could not resolve over the phone they sent a replacement.

For the price, you can't beat this faucet. I bought it because I wanted oil rubbed bronze that was more sleek, and not so ornate and "country" as they are normally designed. This looks spectacular. The only reason this is 4 not 5 is that we've used it for about 4 months now and find that the hot/cold lever has gotten a little "sticky" - it is not as smooth to twist it from hot to cold as it was when it was new. Maybe it needs some lubrication. It looks exactly as pictured. The spray is medium/strong, enough to clean out your sink or spray gunk off of dishes. I would buy it again.

I waited 1 year to see how this faucet worked before I gave my review. I have encountered a few issues with the faucet and I'm very unhappy with it.1. There is a spot developing on the base of the faucet where the finish is coming off (see picture). The faucet is never cleaned with anything more than dish soap and a paper towel or soft sponge. There is no way to hide the spot, and it keeps getting bigger with time.2. The handle does not move in a fluid manner. It is very sticky- basically the water comes on full blast every time you move it. It is difficult to get a flow somewhere between a trickle and full flow.3. Temperature control is also very difficult. 1/2 of the control is full hot, and the other 1/2 is full cold. There is only maybe less than 5 degrees of somewhere in the middle, which is a huge pain if you need luke-warm water or don't want to burn tour hands when washing them.Perhaps my faucet is just a random bad one- and if it is, i'm willing to ammend my review if the issues above are addressed and fixed.

We absolutely love the look of this faucet, and it works great. We got the soap dispenser to match and the finish ties in to our cabinet hardware. It was fairly easy to install as well which means any DIY'er food put it in. The extra height allows for a lot more flexibility for everything also. I would recommend this faucet for anyone in the market for this style and finish, and best of all you won't break the bank when purchasing it.

So far, we are loving this faucet. The oil rubbed finish looks great. It was easy to install. My only two issues with it:1) The button to activate the sprayer is very sensitive and I accidentally push it while I am rotating the faucet to the other side of the sink. Not a huge deal, but I am used to our old one that you had to push firmly to activate.2) It might be me (or how my husband installed it) but the hot/cold are opposite of what I'm used to. When you push the handle away from the sink it is cold (our old one was hot) and when you bring the handle towards the sink it is hot (our old one was cold). Again not sure what the standard is, this is just what I'm used to.Overall I would buy this faucet again, especially for the great price!

This is a beautiful and powerful faucet. The faucet is made well and it was fast and easy to install. It comes with everything you need. Only suggestion is have another person push on the top of the faucet when tightening the final time sincer there is only one bolt. The bolt is long and once tightened has no give at all.

Our expensive Delta touch faucet quit working. Given it's relatively young age I really didn't want to invest in another so my wife picked out this faucet from a brand we were previously unfamiliar with. Came very quickly and seems reasonably well built. Installation was fairly easy, however beware that unless your shutoff valves are directly below your faucet, the included supply lines may not be long enough. My shutoffs are offset to the left so I had to purchase 3/8" extension lines from my local big box store. Looks great and functions like you'd expect a faucet to. Judging by feel, quality is like 7/8 what the Delta felt like, but at 1/6 the price.

Absolutely love this faucet. I've installed many Delta faucets being a general contractor, and on a whim I ordered this to see just how a faucet a quarter of the price would be. Super simple to install, looks just as classy as an expensive name brand. Talk about pressure, when you turn the faucet wide open there is so much pressure that it will splatter out of the sink if you don't have an extra deep sink. The only con is the like down head doesn't match back into the base easily. It does for a mostly seamless look, it just takes more pressure than it should.
