Pricey but provides relief in an easy to use and convenient package
I have no idea why there aren't better reviews on this! Yes, it is pricey but it is easy to use, convenient, and costs a lot less than having traction treatments done professionally! If you suffer from disc issues, I highly suggest this product! With this product, I now we'll be able to treat myself at home and have a more effective option than using a countertop, hanging over a ball, or upside down on an inversion table. I'm so glad I went with this over the saunders lumbar traction device. It is not small and weighs 32 lb! This can also be used with a partner so they can assist with traction and not injur their back. Thank you for making this and Amazon for carrying it!

Really only works for lumbar area
Works reasonably well for lumbar region. I don't notice any traction in sacral region and very little in thoracic. Easy to set up and use, however I am not able to blow up the supports fully due to the valve size. The hole is too big for any of the pumps I have, too big to do it by mouth and difficult to plug without losing air. It is very compact and portable so I can take it with if I have to leave home. The box it comes in measures 8" x 10" x 4". Though it is a bit pricey, it's worth the money considering the other way is to pay for a therapist or chiropractor to apply traction manually. For a DIY traction device for home it's pretty good.

DANGEROUS!!!!!!!
This could be a great product, but it relies solely on velcro to hold a substantial amount of tension, and when it fails, it not only damages your door, but it will also hurt your neck because the violent failure is like a catapult being chopped while your neck is already in a very delicate position. They should at the very least have a safety coil, but even more so they needed to have an additional way to secure it. Velcro will fail eventually even if you maintain it. I've had this and the back traction for only two months and the back traction had failed so many times that the velcro is completely useless. Amazon needs to pull this off the shelves I have since been in contact with Fisher who was very accommodating. I'm actually keeping both of my Fisher rigs, but I've added my own safety zip-ties to keep it from happening again. I really like these products, but I highly recommend modifying them to prevent damage. Fisher explained that they're designed so that the velcro will fail before the rubber tubes fail in order to prevent severe body damage. I could have been "overloading" the back rig with tension, and I'm going to use it by just letting it do the work on it's own without me trying to really crank it up. I've owned a Teeter and an overhead traction device, and I prefer Fisher traction to both of those. I'm a fifty year old carpenter.

Love this product!
This traction is way more than what I expected! It’s super light weight which kind of made me nervous when I received it and that it wasn’t going to do anything, but I was wrong. It pulls so strong kind of hurt at first. I tried the hammock which did nothing but just lift my head off the floor and provided no pull like this did. Fisher traction kind of feels like someone else is pulling on your head as I laid there. My neck pain was basically gone after the 3rd or 4th times using it for about 15 min each time. I watched Dr Fisher’s videos on their Ytube channel which really helped explain everything in-depth. I am going to try the 21 day challenge he talks about to see if maybe my neck will go back to normal for good. Totally worth the price which I thought was a little high until I felt the pull. I like that I can wash the head piece if I get makeup on it. I think it is a really good investment as it is made of strong plastic and nylon straps. Fits in my travel bag too. Must try for at least 3-4 times for me. Good investment thanks!

Good Product, But Terrible Service
Great concept, good implementation, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I snapped one of the elastic bands/tubes TWICE. The first time they pointed me to a way to fix it myself, which wasn't too hard, but then THE SAME BAND BROKE AGAIN. When i contacted customer service again they ignored me. I had to seek out surgical tubing to replace their defective parts. They least they could've done was offer me replacement parts, but they IGNORED MY EMAILS. Because of their poor customer service I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Works great
Fix my bag after a few uses. I tried to use it a couple of times a week. Even turn around and use it to stretch my neck.

USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION
Within minutes of putting my head in this I was in pain and immobile!! I relaxed into the stretch too much and felt a sudden, sharp pain running down the left side of my neck. I laid on the floor in pain and scared to move. I was able to get up several minutes later after applying an ice pack to my neck. Never again will I get in this contraption. My husband also used it and believes it caused his nausea that day. Be careful.

Good stretching and back decompression
I got sciatica issue, it is good for relief works super well. I used a lot other stuff for back decompression this one gotta be the best one, why- because it is relatively cheaper and you also can use it any time, not make appointments to go have back decompression, but use it anytime. 10/10 product!
