Not really the sound quality that makes me choose 3star it's more of the mic is really sensitive, as too it can pick up other radio and gives it that microphone feedback, which is really annoying, the other thing would be it sounds really muffled, and sometimes my other coworkers have a hard time listening.

Could be alittle cheaper I have to buy for work. Use 5 days aweek so I have to buy often. But they work well
