Good vitamines
I have ordered these vitamins for many years now.

My pee is super yellow and the pills smell nutritious.
Trying really hard to do a better job at vitamins. These seem like a good one. My pee is SUPER yellow and they smell like a box of wheaties cereal. I assume that means they’re good stuff.

Great ingredients
I love Solaray products because of the fantastic and clean ingredients. I especially love they offer larger quantity, and still remain 1 per serving. While some companies trick the consumer, and it seems like you are getting more for your money, but the serving size says "4 per serving," Solaray is pretty cool I guess.

Read the dosage
Holly crap way to much B vitamin in this product. My urine was highlighter yellow. I don't understand their formula and reason why for the high dosages. Stay away from this product.
