Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 512GB, Space Black - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

I hate financing phones but I also hate paying full price. My husband was a little skeptical but when I told him I’ve done it before and it worked out fine he stepped aside and let me hit the buy now button. Delivery was exceptional as always. Ordered it late one night and got it around 8pm the next day. Packaging was more than I expected. It was in an Amazon Renewed box and wrapped in plastic. The contents inside were also individually wrapped (not shown in video). Inside was my phone, cord and plug-in along with a pamphlet with information about Amazon Renewed, benefits and my 1 year phone coverage with Amazon Renewed Guarantee. All-in-all it made me feel even better about my purchase. The phone was in mint condition. No scratches, dings or anything that would signify wear by a previous owner. The color is a beautiful deep plum purple. It can definitely go both ways either female or male since the purple is so dark it’s almost black. It did come reset to factory mode (not shown in video) and ready for you to activate with phone carrier of choice. FYI - It doesn’t have a slot for a physical SIM card only e-SIM. So you don’t need to go in store to set this up you can do it online if you wanted to. The battery life is long and that is expected as Amazon makes certain it passes multi-point inspection, all previous data is removed, and battery health is 90%+ The accessories are not Apple but honestly I wasn’t bothered or expecting it to be. They work well without getting heated and I have a few Apple cords and plugs already. The phone functions well. The sound quality is crisp and the pictures are too. Amazon Renewed did not disappoint. I got the extra memory I needed and saved a couple hundred bucks. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought the iPhone 14Pro. It is beautiful and didn’t have a scratch on it. It looked brand new. The packaging was very nice and the charging cable and adapter was included. I was very happy with it. However, immediately after turning on the phone, the screen went black and would not come back on, so I had to return it. Amazon said they offered free returns. What they didn’t tell me was that in order for me to return it and get my $835.42 back I’d have to either stay home from work or have someone come to my house because I wasn’t permitted to take and drop the phone off at a UPS location. They had to send someone to pick it up from my house. So, I missed an entire day of work which cost me almost $400.00 and the UPS driver never showed up. I called UPD only to find out 1, that Amazon hadn’t notified them of the pickup and 2, the Return Authorization Slip that Amazon emailed me that was supposed to ensure the returned product was credited back to my credit card in case the mailing label had gotten damaged was invalid. So, apparently, if someone would have picked up the phone and damaged the mailing label I would not have had my money refunded. I called Amazon back to tell them what UPS told me. Amazon’s solution was to start the return process all over again. Meaning that I would have to miss another day of work in order to wait for UPS to pick up the phone. I told them that was absolutely unacceptable. The customer service rep was adamant that that was my only option and it wasn’t until I got angry and insisted they email me a return label, so I could drop it off at a UPS store that they finally agreed to do so. I printed off the label and repackaged the box with the new Return Authorization Slip (I hope it’s valid this time) and dropped it off at UPS. I HOPE my money is refunded without issue even though they told me it could take up to 40 DAYS to do so.

The iPhone 14 is a solid and reliable phone with strong performance. It uses the A15 Bionic chip, making it fast and smooth for daily use. The camera is great, especially in low light, and the battery lasts a full day. New safety features like Crash Detection and Emergency SOS via Satellite add extra value. However, it’s not a huge upgrade from the iPhone 13, as both share the same chip. If you don’t already own an iPhone 13, the iPhone 14 is a great pick.

So far it works great. It took my a while to get it set up, it took multiple times but I eventually got it done! It is a premium refurbished phone. It looked beautiful out of the box. Just a few microscopic dings on the edges but barely visible and not visible when I put my phone case on. I checked the battery health and it is at 91% which above 90% is the threshold for premium refurbished phone. I wish it was higher but it meets the standard. So far it is working great. This is an upgrade for me from the IPhone SE, so far I am enjoying it. It did come with a charger cable. I will update this if I have any issues.

Buying a used phone is always a crap shoot. I was hesitant to pick this up for my daughter but phone came in pristine condition while the battery health sits at 100%. Very satisfied.

There’s no way this was checked out before selling it to me. The phone was seriously defective: overheating badly so it was too hot to touch comfortably, “clunking” when I tried to swipe up, and it would not go past the “hello” message. For a Premium product, this was a real lemon

Premium Renew, came with a MASSIVE scratch all over the screen… Not impressed, third time I got a damaged phone for despit the fact I ordered premium or excellent renewed condition poroduct…
