We ordered this specific remote because the shortcut buttons are all of the ones we use the most often. On other ones they have shortcuts that we never use at all so this was pretty cool. The only thing I was surprised by was the size of it it's just a lot smaller and weighs less than we are used to!Over all I'm happy and really wish I got the 2 pack!

When we got our new dog he was a puppy, we came home to find our remote chewed up, we were able to use it for a few things but that was it. I went to the store where we bought the tv and was told we could not order a replacement. So when I saw it on Amazon I was thrilled to be able to order a new remote. It arrived and it works perfectly. Thank you so much.

I thought that I would never find another remote to replace mine. But I did, an it's easier to use than my old one. Volume control works great.

Product seemed fine first couple of weeks, then the buttons for this Roku TV remote started sticking, and it became unusable. Had to buy a new remote. Chose to try TCL OEM remote.

Works perfectly. We ended up having to reset the tv to the factory settings because some of the channels wouldn’t load after we reconnected to the internet. That’s a problem with the design of the TV that you cannot operate it without a remote. But the remote works just fine.
