Well, i can say this much; I have a lot of crochet-hooks i won’t be needing anymore now, cause after trying Susan Bates’ crochet hooks i’m not going back. It has a good grip around the mask so you can crochet fast without risking that the mask jumps of the needle, and a bonus is the top on the hook; it is extra ’pointy’ which is great when you need to get the hook through smaller masks, which sometimes is a problem for me, i used to struggle alot with that, because the top on my other hooks, are too round. A big Thank you to Susan Bates for making crocheting a even bigger joy than before

I have only ever used Susan Bates hooks for over 30 years I have only had one hook. I decided to finally pick up a variety of sizes to learn different styles of crochet and I turned to the only hooks I have ever known. The quality of these hooks and the shape of the head is the reason I love them. They grab the yarn and move it so much better then other styles. And no not all hooks are created the equal. I prefer the slim line head of these over the bulky heads from other manufactures.

Please try these hooks, they grab the wool beautifully! I wouldn’t go back to my previous ones!!

The best crochet hooks. I am a beginner and Susan Bates hooks was recommended to me. They just glide through the wool and have a brilliant hook for catching the stitches and pulling through. I love the colour and they are so lightweight. Would not go back to any other hooks.

These hooks are a joy to work with - I actually prefer them to my Armour crochet hooks as they have an inline hook which really grabs the yarn well and the yarn slides over the hook with ease

If your debating between Boyes and Susan Bates definetly get the Susan Bates. The head grips yarn easily and the hooks move smoothly against the yarn which is great for beginners

They are very smooth and don't snag yarn, prefer slim crochet hooks to those with fatter handle.

I thought I would try these as people say they are better than cheap hooks. They aren't

It’s hard to find smaller size hooks with the tip I like , didn’t really need a could have sizes but for the price , I don’t mind having the extras . Susan Bates crochet hooks are always good for me !

I had a set of Susan Bates hooks that were too big for my project. This set had just the right sizes to complement by existing set. Great hooks.
