USA Pan Bakeware Aluminized Steel Pizza Pan, 14 Inch

We prepare pizza for dinner at least once each week. We often use our Breville Smart Oven, and occasionally we use our full-sized wall oven. Over the years, we've used perhaps a dozen different pans, some small enough to fit the Breville countertop oven, plus several bigger pans that fit the full-sized wall oven. After being totally discouraged with the last round of pans (some warped, some with the finish coming off, some that won't "release" the cooked dough, others just didn't leave us with evenly cooked pizzas ... or pizzas that were cooked through at all!) I decided to look for a new pan to fit the Breville Smart Oven. My USA Pan cake pans are my favorites, so I figured why not try their pizza pan? Hands down, THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA PAN EVER. Pizzas bake evenly, are cooked through, crusty on the bottom, and are a dream to slide off the pan (right out of the oven, we slip the pizza off the pan and onto a cutting board where we slice—I'd never slice on my precious USA Pan!). Plus, the beautifully finished, nicely weighted pan is a snap to clean. After many pizzas, it looks and feels like new. We like it so much, I bought a second pan (we sometimes cook two pizzas in the Breville, one after the other) and I'll be purchasing a third one for my college-aged son. Great pan and a super price. I'm delighted with it.

Heavy duty pizza pan with a zig zaggy surface which is great for crisping the crust. Glad we chose this pan and we’re gonna order one for our son for his birthday. Pizza party 🎉

The USA Bakeware pizza pan(s) are the best purchase ever. I didn't grease or spray the pan as directed and kind of held my breath when the 1st pizza came out of the oven -but it slid right off the pan! Absolutely amazing! Cleanup was unbelievably easy which was another huge perk to me. I ordered the 14" pan first. Then I ordered the 12" pan. Having made pizzas for years, I've never been as pleased with results ...and cleanup. I highly recommend these pans for anyone who makes pizzas. You will not regret it at all, and they are worth every single penny! Good job USA PAN, I love my new pizza pans!

This is a great looking pan. Very sturdy. The only issue is that it’s so big my oven door hits it and I have to force it to close. This pushes the pan up on the inside of the door. Pizza still cooks fine though.

I got this oven tray for making pizza, and I really like it. It’s made of high-quality material and is very easy to clean. I used to have one of those trays with holes, which I didn’t like—cheese would melt and drip through, making it hard to clean. This solid design is much better. The first tray I received came dented, but I kept it and ordered a second one as well. Now I’m ordering another one as a gift. I truly believe it’s a great pizza tray!

I have some other pizza pans that have holes in them, which worked alright for a while, but I’ve transitioned to cooking pizzas at a higher temperature (500 degrees). At this temperature, the holes create issues with burning, so I purchased these, knowing that my other USA Pans are really good. These do not disappoint. They cooked the pizza well, leaving the crust crispy but not burnt. But perhaps the most surprising part is that after taking the pizza out of the oven, I slid it onto a cutting board. Then, without thinking, I immediately tossed the pan into the sink that had water running. The pan immediately bent at about a 15 degree angle. After shouting some choice words, I picked it up and literally tossed it on the outside patio, knowing the pan was done. This is not to say anything bad about the pans…any aluminum pan would do the same thing. What’s surprising is that the next morning, I walked outside to find the pan was back to normal, so I’ve been using it since. I’m not sure what they do to the metal, but clearly it seems to perform well and be durable.

The product is really good. Its dimension is 12.6inch or 32cm to be precise and light weight and this can accomodate pizzas upto 12inches. Check your oven size before buying. The height is just about 0.2inch or 0.5cm. So loading a fresh pizza especially when preheated is easy with no hassles. The non stick is of good quality and applying flour to the base or any sort is not recquired. I usually preheat the tray (though some say preheating is not recquired) to about 250C for half hour before loading the pizza and then make for 12 - 15minutes at the same temperature. Even though the product says not to exceed 230C, i havent faced a problem. The uniform horizontal grooves of the pan ensures heat circulation and a crispy pizza base. Price wise its worth since the quality is superior. Highly recommended for pizza lovers. However the delivery was bad. I was shocked to see that the package came in just an amazon bag with no protection whatsover considering that the product is metal and could cause damage. Luckily nothing happened. This was high ignorance from the Amazon.

This pizza pan is the best, it's very sturdy and the quality is excellent. I've made 2 pizzas on it and they turned out excellent.

Easy to use ,clean ,non sticky ,cooks perfectly

I really wanted to love this pan and I was reluctant to purchase it because it is a light colored pan. However based on the description that it browns and crisps the botton of the crust, I ordered it. Well the bottom of the crust just doesn't crisp up quick enough or darken which means the pizza is in the oven longer than it really should be resulting in overcooked toppings. I ended up sliding i the pizza off the pan and putting the it directly on the oven rack. Stick to a darker pan when it comes to pizza. I will be returning this pan.
