Successfully managed to get realistic fondant walnuts and berries for Christmas cake. Mould and video guide together worked well

These arrived a day late however, they have made this year's Christmas cakes look even more festive than I normally do so thanks for this fab design

Normally I would rave about Katy Sue moulds, however I was a tad disappointed at the size of this mould! It is quite small and the raspberries, blackberries and nuts I have around me are twice the size of the mould ones. I have no doubt that due to the quality of Katy Die moulds the finished product will look fine, however I do think if they are going to make these moulds they should be more botanically correct in size or make different sizes in one mould. Quite expensive for this mould.

I like making shadow boxes and such and frame it out with related resin pieces, but that can get expensive and hard to find if purchasing the pieces vs making them yourself. these are a good size for this kind of project as it doesn't protrude too much from the project.

These are well made, just sprinkle some corn starch in them lightly and shake out the remainder before you add your fondont or sugar paste and you will have the cutest little berries!
