These are some of the best handcuffs out there, hand down. Thickness: These things are a bit thicker than your regular handcuffs. Durability: Been using these for over 2 years now on duty. Vehicle and bike patrol. Even near saltwater everyday. Hold: These hold and lock well once it's in place. Size: These are just a tad larger than regular size handcuffs like Peerless or Smith and Wesson. Value for Money: These are quality gear. For what they are, they're definitely great value for the money. I bought these because I patrol near the ocean, so my equipment is exposed to saltwater and the elements all the time. Also, I love that it doesn't matter the orientation of how you put these on, you can lock them either way. For 2 years, I only oil these ones a year and they are still great to this day. The durability and dual lock functionality is worth every penny.

Excellent pair of handcuffs. Very easy to use and have a very smooth action. They are bigger than a standard handcuffs, but not that much bigger. They are very lightweight and durable. Have not noticed any stickiness in the locks or hinge mechanism. Color is a dull silver. Would definitely recommend.

Let’s just say these handcuffs aren’t for dress up or pretending to be a cop. I bought them because I like to make sure my guests stay awhile. The craftsmanship is impeccable; cold, shiny, and just the right mix of authority and temptation. The click as they lock is pure music, like the opening note to a symphony of bad decisions. They hold tight through every struggle, every plea, and every “I swear I’ll be good.” These are not an “investment in trust” because trust is nice, but steel is better! Now my guests don’t go anywhere without my permission, mostly because they can’t. Easy to clean, hard to break, and guaranteed to make anyone think twice before trying to escape. I’d say they’re the perfect blend of passion and imprisonment. Five stars.

Great product I just ordered a second pair

I took 1 star because of only one nice key. I went back to the site and it never mentions two keys and so just 1 key delivered is on me, but essentially all other cuffs I've shopped include two keys. Otherwise, the cuffs are well made and work smoothly. Had to modify my pouch to fit these cuffs, due their larger size. Definitely can handle larger wrists.

I've carried Smith and Wesson cuffs for over 15 years. They're heavy, bulky, and a bit stiff even after routine maintenance is completed for upkeep. I was a training and the rookie had a pair of these ASP cuffs so I decided to try them out. They are light, durable, and super smooth. They were even comfortable compared to my trusty old Smith and Wessons. When bad guys complain about the cuffs, I've always said we didn't carry the fuzzy pink kind. These ASP cuffs are pretty close in terms of comfort. Buy the cuffs and get the ASP holder as I have a couple different standard size cuffs pouches and these are just a hair to big to fit these traditional pouches.

First these are great looking handcuffs, good material, but bad design. If you don't double lock the cuffs, then they can be shimmed open with a paperclip. (See video) If you do engage the double lock, they are easy to pick open. To disengage the double lock you turn the key the same way to unlock the cuffs, and it's a very shallow turn. Also having keyways on both sides allows easy access to the keyway and with a .5mm or 0.019" pick it's really easy to disengage the double lock and then keep going to the actuator. Giving them 5 stars for the fun and the awesome look, but 0 stars for security. (Use this knowledge responsibly, only bypass locks that you own and don't use. And if you happen to find a pair of cuffs around your wrists and sitting in the back of a law enforcement vehicle, just go with the flow, be nice, and let your lawyer sort it out!)
