GreatTV but horrible seller.
First item ordered showed issues agte few months, after 2 weeks between return and refund, I ordered another from the same model since I thought the first one had a factory defect issues.. second one the package was for the remote and user manual was ripped and the outside box was not in new condition, which means package was opened before, and top it all up, second TV had the same problem. It's a shame bcuz it is a very good TV. It's just the seller

Purchased as brand new, received opened and used
Really I am disappointed for this behavior, just opened the top cartoon cover, to find previously opened and used TV.

Great Picture Quality, Disappointing Sound
I recently purchased this TV, and while the picture quality is great, the speakers are disappointing. The sound quality is not good.
