Do the cover stay closed until you open them?

I've had very good luck and sought these out online when I needed more, after originally getting some at a drugstore. If a compartment ever opened, it was probably because I didn't close it well. I've learned -- with ANY of 'em -- to just zip my finger along both rows before I open one compartment and turn it upside down. Very easy habit. And when I travel, I put 'em in a ziploc bag, just in case... ditto.

does "2xl" on the ezy dose 7 day am pm locking pill reminder 2xl mean there are two 7 day reminders?

It has two compartments for each day, AM and pm. The size of the compartment is about twice size of most pill containers.
