Fit and looks nice

I was nervous after reading the reviews about how usb plugs don’t fit. Standard usb plugs fit. They fit tight, but it works well. Yes, the usb ports do not connect to apple car play, but I prefer that so when my kids charge their devices it does not take over my device’s carplay and just lets my kids in the back seat charge their devices while I use mine that is plugged into the dash’s port. Good fix! I am happy with this: I can keep all my bulky stuff under the console organizer and just have my frequent items like my driving glasses ready and available. Good setup!

This tray is the perfect storage solution for all Jeep JLU owners. We have very limited storage options in the JLU. this tray breaks-up the deep cavern under the armrest and creates usable space with USB connections. Perfect!

Its a nice idea, but it needs to be deeper. First, because there is too much space underneath it, which is fine for storage, but then it takes an extra step to reach all those stuff. Second and more importantly: the USB ports are so high, that plugging a normal usb cable into it prevents the console from closing. It kind of works with a 90 degree angle plug, but then the cable comes right across the top compartment, rendering that less than useful.(also, I noticed a couple "USB device not compatible" messages popping on the jeep screen, which is extra annoying).
