Very simple, but works so well. I have three dogs, one of which sheds consistently - Austrailian shepherd - This rake pulls up so much hair from the carpet. I used it on my rugs and it does a fantastic job pulling hair that the vacuum couldn't grab. Lightweight and easy to use. Great price and quality for such a simple tool.

Recently I visited my son who has two cats---one which sheds A LOT. He has a loft apartment and the cats roam freely throughout both levels. I originally got the rake to get rid of the cat hair that was all over one of his loveseats, because I hated looking at it and refused to sit on it. I had tried removing the cat hair with just the vacuum cleaner hose/brush, but it just would not come off. So, I used this carpet rake and went over the entire loveseat. It loosened up every bit of the cat hair so that I was able to easily remove it. Plus, it didn't damage the loveseat fabric at all. Then, even though I had already vacuumed the carpet, I decided to go over it with the carpet rake just to see if I could bring any more cat fur up. Oh my goodness! Even after vacuuming, this carpet rake brought up gobs of cat hair out of the carpet. I raked the fur into small piles and then simply picked it up and threw it away. Then I did a refresh vacuuming afterwards. My son was stunned at how much cat hair came out of the carpet, even though he vacuums it regularly. Bonus: this carpet rake also helps loosen up any matting in the carpet and gives it a freshened up look. It also helps loosen up and bring up any debris that has worked its way deep into the carpet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this carpet rake to anyone who has cats or dogs that shed their fur. You will be amazed at the amount of fur and debris this rake will loosen up out of your carpet.

I have a pet bunny and this helps tremendously with the clean up of his bedding! This collects more without the extra struggle and also takes off pet hair from carpet! I appreciate the tool, big gap between the rake doesn’t help organize everything into one corner. Some of his poop gets broken up but the rake if not pulled accurately.

Effectiveness is perfect especially if you have animals and you want a little bit of a deeper clean before vacuuming.

Love this! The steel handle is strong and functional! It’s removable which is nice. Does a great job making the carpet fluffy again and getting hair out of it. It’s astonishing! Easy to use and assemble. The color is cool, just metal.

This thing is great!! It really gathers up the pet hair that’s stuck to my carpets that vacuums often miss. It’s also good for near baseboards and in corners. It’s easy to use, functions as advertised, and is easy enough to clean. I’ve been very pleased with this purchase.

Removes quite a bit of hair between carpet fibers that vacuums miss. Huskies shed alot so I purchased this to use in every room. However the pole gets loose in spots from the back and forth motion. The blast plastic hanger part at the top always falls off in use which is highly annoying. Overall, the product works for the purpose intended.

Absolutely works as advertised. I have an ‘animal’ vacuum and it can’t keep up with the fur. The carpet is so much cleaner with this tool before vacuuming.

Great product, much better than what I expected. I used Lebrush before but this one provides much more cleaning outcome than Lebrush.

Surprisingly this worked so great! We have two dogs and two cats. I vacuum daily with a good corded vacuum. But the hair always still seems to stick to the carpet. Especially the cat hair. I ordered one and tried it as soon as it got here. And honestly it picked up 99% of the hair left! It was easy to use. I think doing this once a week to the carpets will help so much!
