I bought this part for my 2014 Volkswagen CC R-Line because one of the fans in my car had stopped working. When the product arrived, it came in a good box, sealed, and well-protected. I forgot to take photos, but it arrived in perfect condition. I took it to my trusted mechanic and he installed it. It was indeed the exact same part as the original. So far, it’s working well — I’ve only used it for three days, but when installed, both fans turn on and they’re not noisy at all. If you’re looking for a good and reliable option, this part seems to be the right one. I just hope it lasts long.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: So first off, I took off a star because even though it had rubber cushions attached to the 4 metal mounting ends to protect the fan frame in shipping, it somehow arrived with a broken electrical connection housing. I needed to replace my condenser fan so I JB welded the housing back together and seems to be holding well. Things to be aware ofv - for an '05 Odyssey you need to gently pry off the electrical connector from the tab it's connected to, and attach it to the tab at the top so the van's wiring harness can attach to it. - You also need to gently lry out the tabs of the other wire harnesses connected to it which isn't hard to do and snap them in once it's installed back in place on the new fan housing. - You need to take out the front grill, top radiator plastic covering, to get to and remove the condenser and radiator brackets so you can gently pull the old fan up and insert the new fan in its place. - You also need to remove the screws that holds the coolant reservoir so you can gently shift it to the right for space and there are three 10 mm boltss that held the old fan in place! two on top and one on the bottom( which requires you to remove the plastic splash guard underneath the van). All in all a moderately easy replacement process So it is installed & seems to be running, and time will tell regarding the fan's longevity, but hopefully it will last as long as OEM did (20 years :-)
