Best pencil grip I’ve ever tried
This strange little thing is awesome! I needed something to help me be able to comfortably hold my magnetic Apple Pencil. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I recently returned to school. This thing has made my writing so much easier. It’s really comfortable, the perfect size. It’s really sturdy and the texture is smooth without feeling like it’ll slip. I use it upside down (I grip the thicker end) and it’s not bulky or awkward like a few of the others I’ve tried. It almost feels like it was made for me. It’s really inexpensive. I do have to remove it to charge my pencil because of the type of case I have, but it’s simple to remove and replace. It also works on a regular pen or pencil. I love it and if you have trouble gripping a pen you probably will too. It would be nice to have more color options. I think it would work well for young kids learning to write. Thanks!

Great for assistive device for arthritic hands!
I am an artist, and have RA. I use assistive devices on my regular pens, pencils, and brushes, but was looking for something a little nicer for this pen. I looked at a lot and most were very similar or honestly exactly the same as what I use on my traditional tools- the issue is the pen is already heavy, so the ones I use that sit just where my fingers went weren’t working as the amount of pressure I had to use due to the balance issue sort of cancelled out any benefits I searched and found something that pretty much covers the entire pen, but with some great features I found it on Amazon- it was about $15 after I spent $2 extra to get it faster. It may seem expensive, but it’s the only full pen size I could find so I suppose supply and demand (basic economics) comes into play As you can see, if you use it this way is has a nicely sloped cut-out for using the double tap and squeeze feature of the pen The whole side has a cut out but the grip still stays on the pen nicely, and if you turn the pen the charging side is available without needing to remove it(and don’t have a cover - I took mine off to show you) You can turn it around so the fatter end is at your fingers for folks who have grip strength or movement issues like I do, I can’t use the double tap or squeeze feature this way, but I couldn’t use them anyway due to my limitations. All in all I think this is a great assistive device and might generally improve comfort even for folks without disabilities- it stays on tight but it’s easy to remove , it’s adjustable for different grips, and it’s not really too expensive for all the great features- I love that it fits the whole pen so there’s no introduced balance problems - over all a great tool

Not if you have hairy pets…
Immediately attracted dog hair before I even got it onto the pencil. It’s my fault for setting it on the blanket on the sofa but I was not expected that. Very difficult to get the hair to come off once it’s static clinged on. Trying to find my comfort spot with it, hair aside. Hoping this works for hand cramps and carpal tunnel, but we’ll see. If I had to buy it again, knowing about the dog hair, I’d probably skip it. But if you don’t have pets, it seems really nice so far. Love the easy on, easy off. I tried a few that are nearly impossible to install and remove.

BUY THIS NOW!!
tl;dr works well, comfortable, perfect. I’ve struggled my entire life writing with pens and pencils. Even with proper posture and hand grip, my forearm begins to burn immediately. In-class writing assignments were a nightmare. I really wanted to use Apple Pencil, but it was a struggle. I tried multiple grips on the market and gave up. The Pencil was docked on my iPad for a year. Why did I even buy it? Frustrated, I looked for user suggestions and several raved about The Pro-Draw Grip for Apple Pencil. I was unsure after reading reviews, but was desperate for a solution. Let me tell you, I feel NO PAIN in my hand, wrist, forearm, and shoulder when I use the Pencil with this Grip. No burning, no tingling from Carpal Tunnel. Nothing. Just really comfortably positioned pencil, comfortable to grip, and putting it on and off is quick and easy. Yes, this is a thick grip. Small-sized gloves are usually too long for me, yet this grip is the perfect size. In the first photo, you can see how I use it “backwards” (with the thicker side toward the front of the pencil). I line up the opening so it is even with the flat side of the pencil. The second photo shows the other side of the pencil with grip. The third photo is zoomed in to show the “dimple” that is on each side of the grip. This is where I place my thumb. The quality of the material is great and the appearance is sleek. I’m not sure how many years the grip’s material can withstand being put on and removed from the pencil. The only con would be storage of the grip when not in use. I recommend this grip.

Outstanding Product but Can’t Recharge with cover on
I’ve been using the Apple Pencil holder for about two weeks. It is a good addition to the pencil IMO. Prior to my purchase, the pencil [which is slick] often slipped out of my hand and this product solved the problem. I like the ease of removing and adding it to the pencil, but it is still a nuisance to have to take it on and off. The rubber [or whatever] is lightweight for its size and VERY comfortable to use. It feels a little like silk. I like using it. The one downside is my pencil with the cover. doesn’t fit onto my iPad Pro for recharging. With the cover on the pencil I tried to pull apart the split and then attach the pencil. It didn’t work. I have arthritis so that probably made it harder; nonetheless, it did not work. There was one other problem. I ordered this product before along with 3 other small items. That pen cover never arrived although my account said it had. Contact with the seller achieved nothing. Check with the neighbors I was told. That didn’t work. So, I ordered another pencil cover. I think the cover is worth the original price, but it isn’t worth twice the price. I have now got more experience with the cover, but the on and off the pencil routine is getting old. The inability to easily attach the pencil with the cover on is causing me to use it less and less. Still, it does help with my grip. Nonetheless, I am deducting one star because extended use has dampened my original impression. AD2 AD2

The Perfect Apple Pencil Grip
Look no further if you want to write comfortably on your iPad. I have tried a few different Apple Pencil grips to alleviate the hand discomfort from long notetaking sessions, and this one takes the cake. It took a little bit of time to get used to; I was often accidentally activating the double-press feature of the pencil on accident while moving my hand at first. It is a semi-squishy silicon that is remarkably similar to some, well, "adult products." I have smaller hands for a man, probably similar to the average hand size for a woman. If you have really small hands the grip may feel a bit big, but I would give it a try regardless! The increased weight on the pencil also helps with writing stability for me. I tried to use it with textured, "paperlike," covers, but I feel that the increased weight and friction combined slows down my writing too much. The only thing I'd say might deter you is if you have an atypical pencil grip style you may be forced to grip the pencil a different way due to the bulging parts of the grip. Easy to take on and off for charging the pencil, and I just throw it in my backpack and slide it on when I need it in 2 seconds.

Game Changer
I ordered this grip and a slightly cheaper pack of 5 assorted variety grips on Amazon to finally try to figure out if there was a comfortable way to hold the pencil for drawing. I tried holding it a few different ways but ultimately found the bigger end to be my vastly preferred way to hold it. I’ve been drawing on my iPad a TON recently and the for me the Apple Pencil just as it is by itself, quite hard hard to feel comfortable using for drawing and I was struggling with it more and more and honestly getting frustrated recently. So I went to see if there was anything that could remedy this discomfort and voila this grip solved all my issues and more! Not only does it make the pencil SO MUCH more comfortable to use for drawing but it makes it easier to draw itself as I’m able to manipulate the pencil with more dexterity and control now so when I draw I get straighter lines and better flow. I didn’t even think of this being possible simply by finding a perfect grip for it! This grip in a second changed my entire experience with drawing on my iPad and I’m so dang happy about finding it. 😭 Last thoughts on it are that the price is very good for its quality and design. The design having the slit on one side is so dang nice for getting it in and on instantly and for adjusting it in any way you may need in no time at all. Also because of the slit, taking it off to charge on my iPad is never an issue/annoying because it’s removes like butter!! I guess the only thing I could ask for would be more color options!! I’d love to get it in a couple fun colors!

Wacom Pro Pen 2
Thanks to the other reviewer who said this worked for the Wacom Pro Pen 2, I decided to try this grip out. While this is obviously not designed for the Wacom pen, this functions completely fine for me. I've been using this for almost a month and it has made a drastic change in comfortability while drawing. Being able to pick one up for 13 bucks rather than $36 is much appreciated and is a great value for the money. The grip is thick and seems to be quite durable and I definitely recommend any sort of grip to any digital artist to help wade off any discomfort from overused wrist muscles. The grip does accumulate dust but can be easily cleaned with an alcohol prep pad and Qtips.

absolutes "must have"
Absolute Empfehlung
