Crompton - Aura 2 Manufacturing Defect
I am writing to inform you that I purchased a Crompton Aura 2 Prime Fan from Amazon on January 30, 2025. While the airflow of the fan is excellent, I am facing an issue with the product. When the fan is set to regulator speeds 1 or 2, it produces a continuous "tik-tik" sound, which is quite disruptive.I kindly request you to look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest, as it appears to be a manufacturing defect.
