Can this pillow work for someone with a short neck?

This pillow is the WORST purchase I ever made! I honestly don’t think it would work for anyone. It’s a weird shape and very hard.

Does this pillow contain/ made of Latex?

I don’t have this pillow anymore. It didn’t help me with my sleeping.
