Buy a bag of m5 nuts and m5x30 bolts, ideally some m5 steel washers also.
The item itself is ok, but it is missing some critical parts to make it sturdy.Lots of m5x30 bolts are supported with no nuts or washers. When assembled with the above, it's actually pretty strong. It's just a real shame they skimped on 20 pence of parts to make it sturdy out of the box.The bolts to screw the wheels in are half-covered, so you may want to buy a couple of extra nuts to space it up enough to be tightened.I'm going to replace the wheels so I've not bothered for now.

Needs more information posted about sizes of it. Yet to build due to looking too small for my needs
