These were great!! Just what I needed for my pain.

This product is a pain in the butt. Which makes this product the worst! Since it’s only job is to heal a pain in the butt. The edge is sharp. Doesn’t stay cold. This product sucks!

These are helpful and fairly tough if you treat them right. I got decent relief while waiting for the issue to resolve. Some of these reviews worry me a bit because people are talking about the sharp seams of the plastic sheeting chafing their skin or scraping them. That shouldn't be touching you. Let's all make sure we understand that this is something you sit on, not... insert. And it shouldn't be directly against the skin. Put something padded on the chair and then put this product on the pad and then sit on it, aiming your exhaust port right down onto it while wearing undies (or hold it against you on the target spot as you sit down with it / on it and then slide your hand out). The instructions say use for 20 minutes at a time, max, and space it out through the day. Just set your phone's timer, but it won't be that cold at 20 minutes anyway. I did find that if you sit on it wrong, you can bust it with the pressure - I slouched back in my seat and that changed the pressure and popped it, darn it, but I'd been fine for days sitting normally. With a pad under it and sitting upright, you'll be fine. If you're worried about it busting in your chair, put it in a sandwich baggie or grocery bag or something as a precaution. It's a two-pack so you'll have a spare if you pop one. It takes longer than I expected to fully freeze though, so having two was nice for rotating them in and out, so I ordered another box and now I'll have three.

I used one of the 2 included, it broke after a few uses and the gel was leaking. And the product has a no-return policy.

These are way too big to fit between your cheeks. Good idea but not made right.

Product works, if need be apply more twice a day.

These are brilliant and saved me. After trying various positions with traditional ice packs over clothing it was clear I wasn't getting to the source of the problem. My GP after examining me recommended cool packs warning me to be careful of freezer burn, which I always am. These wedges are just perfect and get straight to where they need to be. Once fully frozen they change to a slightly lighter blue - in my experience this is too cold to use without a wrap of some kind. I find it easier to let them warm a little to the point where the colour starts to change back to dark blue and apply without a cover. I tried them in the fridge but the temperature just wasn't quite cool enough to make a difference. They are super easy to clean and the special container keeps things tidy and hygienic. The lid on the container is a little fiddly to click on sometimes but that is needed for it to be secure I think. I can use these with my ointments etc. Just a wipe with kitchen towel for any greasy ointment and then a good soap and wash under a running tap and they're ready to go back in the freezer. I had a problem with one of my wedges after about 2 weeks of regular use in that it sprung a leak. The hole was tiny and on the part where it is sealed. But it rendered it unuseable as any pressure produced blue gel. As this item is exempt from returns on Amazon I contacted the makers by email. Despite it being a bank holiday weekend I had a lovely reply within 24 hours and they dispatched me a replacement pack immediately. They said that leaking is a very rare occurance and I haven't had any problems with the new ones although I don't need to use them as frequently currently. I'm very impressed with the makers and the designer really does have a passion for helping people. These wedges certainly gave me relief and I believe helped me to heal my hemorrhoids. I'll be keeping these in a corner of the freezer in case I need them.

Pretty much a complete waste of money. To start with, they're far too big. Half the size would be more acceptable. The second, far bigger problem is that the wedges are simply not cold enough for what they're supposed to do. They don't hold the cold at all - even though they're totally frozen, once you use them they are melted in just a few minutes and therefore provide no comfort at all. I haven't noticed any ease of pain, if anything, my pain got much worse since I've been using these, but I can't know if it was caused by them or are they simply not working at all. I regret that I've bought these wedges, I based my purchase on good reviews, but what I got doesn't feel like the same product other reviews are talking about. The packaging is definitely different, it doesn't mention that they can be heated in the microwave too, which makes me think that the company maybe changed the design and filled the product with a different gel that doesn't freeze well.

Soulage bien et il y a un étui en plus c'est pratique.
