Nice, fragrant soap, well packaged. The soap itself is thinner than other, more common brands which means it is probably the same value for money as more expensive hand soaps.

Use it as kitchen soap!

Strong fragrances usually really bother by allergies, but ironically this "french" soap doesn't smell like a "french working lady". It's very pleasant and the bottle looks really classy in the bathroom.Warning - it does like to harden up in the dispenser tip so keep it cleaned out with a toothpick once in a while or be prepared to get sprayed in the chest/face. Guests love that little surprise.

Absolutely LOVE this soap. Really appreciate the great quality GLASS container. Fig is my favorite scent as it is subtle yet pleasant.

The shrink wrap on the bottle was and is still tough to remove. I hope this is not an indication of an old product. Actually the soap's fragrance isn't as good as another bottle of this soap I received as a gift and it's the same Savon de Marselle product.

Soap is great. Pump is horrible. Squirts soap all over the place. Really inconvenient for guests.

Beautifully scented soap... so much so that it leaves the scent behind. Perfect for a housewarming gift or to be a part of a Mother's Day basket. I purchased this for my daughter when she was first moving for her guest bathroom... also got the lotion as well.

This is a classic soap that us great for everyday use next to the sink or in a high traffic guest bath. Great scent in a beautiful glass bottle.

This is my favorite hand soap. The large glass container can be reused/recycled. The smell is wonderful and worth every penny.

I ordered the La Compagnie de Provence - Liquid Marseilles Soap 16.9 oz - Fig of Provence based on a positive customer review I read and received La Compagnie de Provence lemon scented 16.9 oz liquid soap instead. Obviously the wrong item was shipped- still waiting for seller to cover shipping costs, both to and from. I ended up having to file a claim with Amazon (2 weeks ago) and had hoped that the seller would own up to her mistake and resolve this issue on her own accord. Very disappointed in service, lack of response and overall experience. I would definitely not recommend doing business with this seller.
