The suggested size guide was incorrect for me. I generally wore a size 6-1/2 wide. It suggested 7.5 since there is NO WIDE , I ordered 7.5 as recommended & had to return cuz it was really big. Reordered size 7 still too big, and Thur time is a charm. Back to my 6.5 size!! I would have given up had I not really wanted these shoes!! Each time I had to return for refund into my account. Reordering both times was awesome. It came through very next day. Now I am just waiting for the amount to be refunded into my credit card. tho in general your recommended size was accurate ( not this time tho, a bit way off…. But Your service was always excellent ) I called to speak to an associate, and was told there us no “ just exchange” but to return merchandise n reorder the sizes. That was a bit of a hassle. UPS saw me three times in one week 😆
