Easy peasy beautiful hair color
I’ve been using this product since 2019 and it hasn’t failed me once. I love teal hair but found other dyes and colorants time consuming and extremely messy and I despised my roots as they grew out. So I quit coloring my hair and vowed not to color it again until I found an easier method. Overtone answers all my needs. It hasn’t stained my shower and although others complain of hand stains, I’ve never had that problem. This product has been a part of my routine for a number of years now and I don’t plan on stopping. The only thing I wish they would improve on is the bottle. The conditioner is thick and impossible to get out. I literally have to cut the bottoms off to get all remaining product out. But my hair remains healthy and shiny and the color is perfect for me. Overtone is fantastic.

Happy with the results after one use
I have to say I'm impressed after one use. I had a color depositing conditioner that I absolutely loved and they quit making it and have been on the hunt for one I like as much. This just might be it. I didn't even have time to use the mask before the conditioner and I just figured I'd give it a try. My hair is very salt and pepper but I like to get the brown to look more like a charcoal while letting the silver do it's thing. I don't have a before picture, but this product definitely helped get it closer to where I wanted it. I'll try the mask when I have time also but I'm guessing I finally found the replacement for the product I used to get.

Lovely cotton candy pink color, but not so moisturizing.
Deposited color good, I applied a pink semi-permanent dye and used this as a follow up a week later and have used it 2-3 times. Perhaps, apply it to the hair as evenly as you can. I see some orangish hue, from the other dye I used, fading since the conditioner did not cover it - but that is probably an oversite on my part. While this left me with a nice cotton candy pink, it also is not that hydrating for my hair, unfortunately. Before this, I was working on getting my hair softer once more due to the damage bleach did to my hair and it was good for awhile, until this conditioner made it a bit more dry and frizzy at the ends once more. It knots more easily this way as well. It seems as if the orangish bits of my hair seem more softer and not as frizzed as the pink parts of my hair that does have the conditioner's color and treatment. What won't work for my hair, may work someone else though. If you like the hue the product gives as an examples, I would say to try it out. Everyone's hair is different! I like the color, though.

This Daily Conditioner made my hair fall out!
Please do not buy this product. I purchased the "daily conditioner" to add some "ginger" color to my hair after having a process done a few weeks before. I am not new to coloring my hair and have used Manic Panic and Arctic Fox as semi-permanent colors, as well as other color depositing conditioners. I also had platinum blonde hair for years which takes a toll on one's hair, but it never fell out. I had recently gone to a natural light brown color and wanted to add some ginger tones. I purchased the "daily conditioner" because I had read the other more semi-permanent ginger condition could turn one's hair orange. The first time I used it I left it on for 2 minutes and had a nice color result. I used it again a week or so later and left it on for 10 minutes. My hair was orange after using the "daily conditioner" the second time and chunks of my hair started to fall out. I have washed it several times since then and it is still orange, the color is not changing. And half of the hair in the lower back of my head has fallen out (see photo). I can no longer wear my hear down and have to pull it back in a tiny ponytail to hide the huge bald patch in the back of my head. I WISH I had NEVER used this product. Please be careful with this, even though it says it is a daily conditioner the color is hard to get out, and worse than that it can cause major hair loss. I am devastated. Here is an update: A week and a half after posting my original review and several weeks after using the daily conditioner, my hair is still orange. I also had to have my hair cut into a "pixie" cut to match all of the breakage in the back of my head. As you can see from the original photo that my hair was shoulder length, now it is about an inch and a half long in the longest parts. Overtone saw my original review and contacted me to offer a refund, which I accepted. When I went to the hair salon to get the "pixie" cut, which I did not want, one of they stylists overheard my story as I told it to my stylist, the other stylist asked what brand of daily color depositing conditioner I used and when I told her she shared a story with me about a client who had used the same product (different color) and came in to have it removed, but she was not able to remove it! She also shared that she had seen postings about Overtone using carpet dye in their conditioners. Anyhow, I hope people will learn from my cautionary tale. Now I have super short hair and had to pay $75 for the short cut that I never wanted!!! Will take 2 years to get back to my previous length. Posting pics of the pixie cut with my face hidden so people will know this is honest and real.Update 1 month later: My hair is still unapologetically orange after using the "daily conditioner" twice 5-7 weeks ago. See updated photo with the purple scarf with pixie cut which I had to do because this product made my shoulder length hair fall out!!! You can also see breakage at the top of my head where there are a few strands standing straight up an inch or so.Please do not use this product, look up The Better Business Bureau reviews for Overtone, the ginger color seems to be the main complaint for their colors, though there are others. I will continue to post hair updates on this sad hair loss journey, thanks to Overtone.

Great product
Gives your hair a refreshing look and it has a minty scent. If you're looking for something to give you a new look and is also health and not lasting then this is your product. It fades depending on how often you wash your hair and the strength of your shampoo. I plan to try all the colours.

Thick as molasses
VERY THICK. The consistency of this is extremely thick and hard to get out of the bottle. I use other hair colors and was just looking for a depositing conditioner since i make my own. This stuff stains terribly. The color wasn't bad, but its just so thick and hard to come out of the bottle. I wont buy again but i wont throw this away.

Beautiful blue! Very concentrated
Very blue! It will turn black on top of your natural color, my son has dirty blonde/light blonde hair and it’s black and blue on his hair. Really pretty. I bleached the front section of my hair and it’s very vibrant. This is definitely more of a dye than a conditioner though, I’d mix it with conditioner for a color refresh but that’s just me. It’s definitely very concentrated.

Best silver hair deposit
This stuff makes my gray white hair a little more silver. I like the conditioner because of the convenience. I use it in the shower and leave on for 3-5 minutes.
