Terrible. It didn’t sing at all. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as it was a gift. I have 3 bowls of my own which sing beautifully. Myself and 2 others tried to get it to sing but we couldn’t. I emailed the seller but had no response.

This was my first purchase of a singing bowl, so other than what I had seen on a few videos, I felt confident that there would be no surprises when the package arrived. But this review is not just about the singing bowl, it's about Silent Mind. Even before my purchase arrived, I was sent emailed by Silent Mind, thanking me for my purchase and letting me know that should I be dissatisfied in any way, to let them know immediately. They were also curious as to what my intentions were with the bowl, not pushy, just wanting to know in case I needed assistance. So my first impression was this email, we were off to a great start. The singing bowl arrived and it was more than I had hoped for. The quality, the sound, the look, it was everything I had hoped it would be, and more. It took a few tried to get the hang of it, but the sound is mesmerizing and quite loud, if you want it to be. Surprising for a bowl this size. So wonderful that it fits right into the palm of my hand, to feel the vibration of the tone in my hand and arm, is quite something. Just feeling the energy was delightful. Even the pillow appears to be of high quality. I honestly cannot say enough about this piece. It was packed neatly and securely, with detailed instructions and best of all, a heart felt note of thanks. Just beautifully written and greatly appreciated. Then to top it all off, I received another email to ensure I had received the order and if everything was to my satisfaction. I couldn't get over how caring this company was, very rare in this day and age. I felt as if they truly appreciated my business and that I was able to use the bowl to its full potential. I waited a few weeks to write this review, as I received what appeared to be quality products in the past, that I loved and wrote a positive review immediately, only to have that product fall apart or break, days later. But I can say without a doubt, the bowl is singing as beautifully as it did the day I received it and I am still in awe of how well Silent Mind handled this transaction from start to finish and then beyond.
