Arcadia D3 UV Basking Lamp, 100 W, E27

Great lamp, Great price 😊 unfortunately my old lamp blew one evening, so I put my tortoise 🐢 to bed early one night, thought perhaps I'd try looking on Amazon for a lamp, quite pleased that I did !! It was an amazing price - half the price I normally pay from my online supplier, but I would of waited at least 48hrs. So pleased I looked on Amazon, as it was half the price I've always paid, plus I ordered it at 10pm and it was delivered before 10am the following morning !! Less than 12hrs after the old one blew !! One happy tortoise 🐢 and one happy tortoise 🐢 mum !! How's that for Great service 😊 and some extra money back in my pocket as these lamps can be SO EXPENSIVE !! I was even considering going down to my local pet shop to pick one up, as it was the middle of winter and I was worried that about my tortoise getting cold, so glad that I didn't as these lamps can average about £60 upwards, in future I'm going to have a look in this businesses online shop - it really saved me a lot of money and time, especially the speed it was delivered at. 😊

Quite expensive to buy but saves on electricity as you only need one bulb instead of two

I had bought three bulbs for my Tortoise Lokie but I found out you can get the 3in1 lamp which has uv and heat that my Tortoise definitely needed I then bought this Bulb an I have to say Lokie Has a thermostat in with him also that is battery operated an it professional proved that this Bulb is fantastic at what it's supposed to do Lokie is sitting under it from time to time he's eating properly an drinking an climbing everything as he should be This Bulb is fantastic an reliable Wish I Had of bought this one 1st

No issues with function so far for the one I got. Has delayed startup after turning off which is a common feature for these kinds of bulbs. Compared to another I own of a more premium brand also 100w, the heat which comes off does not seem as strong so the bulb appears to need to be lower to get the same temp basking spot.

Very good light for your turtle and not a bad price lasts and sturdy

We have tried a couple of different lights so far and they have not lasted any time, this one appears to be well made, it has been going for a few months and hopefully for many more, cheaper options are available but it's a false economy. It takes a few minutes to get up to temperature/ light level but is as bright as expected once it does.

Good quality bulb delivered quickly and well packaged and at a great price
