Excellent product
I absolutely love my Ninja Creami. It is my favorite small kitchen appliance! Having a dairy sensitivity, this wonderful, little machine has allowed me to easily make delicious ice cream using a soy milk base. It is very simple to use, functions very well, and so far, quite durable. The freeze time before creating the actual ice cream is 24 hours, which is standard. I really appreciate the quality and value of the Ninja line of products and my kitchen is full of them!

Refurbished did not work
I purchased this refurbished in 2024 for my parents. They never used it and gave it back to me whan I was there last week. I took it to my DIL and it does not work. I am unable to get product support at all. Very disappointed. I know it has been a while but it would be nice to at least report the problem.

Ninja creami
This is a lot of fun to use! My daughter wanted it and I was skeptical because of the price. We bought it and I think I had more fun making things than she did! Since I cut out sugar (processed), I use this to make fruit ice cream. I use 1/2 and 1/2 and fresh fruit. The banana ice cream is wonderful and so creamy! I wish I waited a little longer to order because it was half price on Woot! a few weeks later.

Decent ice cream maker
Works well but is very loud. I’ve made a few good ice creams with it.

That it’s easy to use.
My granddaughter loved it. W as disappointed it didn’t come with an instruction Manuel. Had to purchase separately.
