However, after using it for some time, I found that it actually does a great job in protecting the iPad, and it doesn't cause any overheating issues. Great for my 2 year old. I do wish it tilted back just a little bit more, when standing, but it does the job.

It’s a good cushioning for protection, but if you want it to sit up on its own on a couch, bed, rug, basically anything with a bit of soft give, it won’t stand. It’s very annoying… if you will only use it in hard flat surfaces then you’re golden. 🤷🏼‍♀️
